Tech Revive Limited

Terms & Conditions

These terms summarise the conditions that apply when you use TechRevives.com, purchase products from us, sell an eligible device to us, or use our repair services.

1. About us

This website is operated by TECH REVIVE LIMITED, company number 15180049, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 73 Broadmead, Bristol, BS1 3DX. Contact: info@techrevives.com or 0117 302 1984.

2. Website use

You must use this website lawfully. You must not attempt to interfere with website security, misuse accounts, submit fraudulent information or use our services for unlawful purposes.

3. Product information and prices

We aim to keep product descriptions, availability and prices accurate. Prices and availability can change. If we discover a material pricing or description error after an order is placed, we may contact you before fulfilment to explain the issue and the available options.

4. Orders and payment

An online order is subject to acceptance. Payment methods available at checkout or agreed in store may vary. Where payment authorisation fails or an item is unavailable, we may be unable to complete the order.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery choices, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout where applicable. For detailed information, see our Delivery Information and Delivery & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms removes statutory cancellation, refund or faulty-goods rights that apply under UK consumer law.

6. Repair services

We diagnose and repair phones, laptops, MacBooks, tablets, consoles and other supported devices. Where possible, the repair option and price are confirmed before chargeable work begins. Repair times are estimates and may change because of fault complexity, parts availability or additional faults discovered during diagnosis.

Eligible repairs include a 12-month warranty covering the replacement part fitted and workmanship relating to the original repaired fault, subject to exclusions and the full Repair Warranty.

7. Data and backups

Repair work can involve risk to stored data. Customers should back up important data before submitting a device wherever reasonably possible. Data recovery outcomes cannot be guaranteed because success depends on the condition of the original storage hardware.

8. Selling a device to Tech Revive

If you sell a device to us, you must have the legal right to sell it and accurately describe its condition. Devices may be inspected before a final offer is confirmed. We may revise or decline an offer if the actual condition, ownership status, lock status or other relevant information differs from what was provided.

9. Warranty

Product and repair warranties have separate conditions. See our Product Warranty, Repair Warranty and full Warranty Policy.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in another UK jurisdiction.

13. Full legal policy

This page is intended as an accessible summary. Our detailed Legal Policy also applies. If there is a conflict, applicable law and the specific written terms agreed for the relevant transaction or service take priority.

Warranty help

Understand coverage, exclusions and next steps

Specific, honest guidance from an independent Bristol technology team. Product listings, inspection results and written terms remain the final source for individual orders and repairs.

How long is the Tech Revive warranty?

Qualifying products and repairs carry the period stated on the relevant listing, receipt and published terms. A 12-month limited warranty applies only where the product or repair qualifies.

What is normally excluded?

Accidental damage, cracked or bent devices, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised later repair and faults unrelated to the supplied product or completed repair are generally excluded. Read the full terms for the exact decision process.

What evidence should I keep?

Keep your receipt or order confirmation and provide the device for inspection. Photos, serial numbers and a clear description of when the fault started can help the assessment.

Does warranty mean every issue is repaired free?

No. Coverage applies only when inspection confirms an eligible fault within the applicable terms. Damage or a different fault may require a separate quote.

How do I request warranty support?

Contact Tech Revive with your order or repair details and do not continue using a device if doing so may worsen the fault. The team will explain inspection and next steps.
