Who can claim the student discount?
Current students who can show valid student identification or another accepted proof of active student status can ask for the offer. If you are unsure whether your proof is suitable, contact us before travelling.
Is every repair 20% off?
No. The wording is up to 20% off selected repairs and accessories. The actual discount depends on the service, part type and current promotion. Some specialist repairs, premium parts or already-discounted services may have a smaller saving or may be excluded.
Can I combine the student offer with another promotion?
Not always. Where another offer is already applied, we will tell you which option gives the best available price before you approve the repair.
Do I need to book first?
Walk-ins are welcome for many common faults, but booking or contacting us first is useful if you need a particular part, have a less common model or are travelling into Bristol specifically for the repair.
How long will my repair take?
Many common phone repairs have same-day options, but timing depends on diagnosis, parts availability and workload. We will give you a realistic estimate before work starts rather than promise a turnaround we cannot meet.
Is there still a warranty if I use a student discount?
Qualifying repairs remain subject to our normal repair warranty terms. Discounted pricing does not remove the published warranty conditions for eligible repairs.
