12-month warranty on eligible repairs
Eligible repairs include a 12-month warranty covering the replacement part fitted and workmanship relating to the original repaired fault. Accidental or physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, tampering and unrelated faults are excluded. Specialist services may have different conditions where explained before work begins.

No Fix, No Fee
For eligible repair work, if we cannot complete the agreed repair, you do not pay the repair charge. Specialist diagnostics, data recovery, customer-supplied parts or other pre-agreed work may have different terms, which are explained before chargeable work begins.
