What does the repair warranty cover?

Qualifying repairs include a 12-month warranty covering the fitted replacement part and workmanship related to the original repair. Accidental damage, liquid damage and unrelated faults are excluded. Full repair-warranty terms apply.

Will you start work before confirming the price?

We confirm the proposed repair and price before chargeable work begins. If assessment reveals another issue, we discuss it with you first.
