New PS5 Pro versus used PS5 Slim: which should you buy?
Choose PS5 Pro for performance-enhanced PlayStation gaming, 2TB SSD storage and more advanced rendering in supported games. The standard Pro is digital-only, with an optional compatible disc drive sold separately.
Choose a PS5 Slim Disc Edition if you own physical PS5 or compatible PS4 game discs; choose a PS5 Slim Digital Edition if you buy and download games digitally. Used hardware may offer a lower starting cost, but always check the actual condition and accessories.

Frequently asked questions
Can I collect a PS5 from your Bristol store?
Yes, collection is available at Tech Revive, 73 Broadmead, Bristol BS1 3DX. Contact us first so we can confirm the exact console is ready for collection.
Does the new PS5 Pro include a disc drive?
No. The standard 2TB PS5 Pro is all-digital. A compatible disc drive is available separately and is not included in our listed console price.
What does Grade B and no box mean?
Grade B describes some cosmetic signs of use. No box means original retail packaging is not included. Ask about the individual unit’s marks and included accessories before purchasing.
Does a used PS5 include an official controller?
Controller and cable contents must be confirmed for each used unit before purchase. CeX requires an official PlayStation controller on PS4 and PS5 consoles at all its own grades; our listing descriptions do not claim equivalent CeX grading without checking the actual bundle.
What warranty is included?
Ask the store for the applicable product warranty terms. Your statutory UK consumer rights apply in addition to any voluntary warranty.
Can Tech Revive repair an existing PS5?
Yes, visit our console repair service for assistance with faults such as HDMI issues and console diagnostics.
