Tech Revive Repair Cover

Repair Warranty

Eligible repairs include a 12-month warranty covering the replacement part fitted and workmanship relating to the original repaired fault, subject to the terms below.

What is covered?

  • A fault in the replacement part fitted during the original repair.
  • Workmanship directly connected with the original repair.
  • A repeat of the same covered fault during the applicable warranty period, after inspection.

What is not covered?

  • Accidental or physical damage after the repair, including cracked screens or impact damage.
  • Liquid damage, corrosion or environmental damage unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Misuse, tampering, unauthorised third-party repair or modification.
  • Software issues, data loss, unrelated faults or new faults developing elsewhere in the device.
  • Normal wear, cosmetic damage or battery degradation resulting from ordinary use.

How to make a warranty claim

Contact Tech Revive with your repair receipt or repair reference and return the device for inspection. If the issue is confirmed to be covered, we will repair or replace the affected covered part, or redo relevant workmanship, as appropriate.

Specialist repairs

Some services, including liquid-damage work, data recovery, complex board-level repair or customer-supplied parts, may have different or limited warranty conditions. Any different terms should be explained before chargeable work begins.

Requesting repair warranty support

  1. Contact the Bristol team and provide your repair reference or receipt.
  2. Return the device for an inspection so the reported fault can be assessed against the original repair.
  3. If the issue is covered, Tech Revive will explain the appropriate repair or replacement action. If it is unrelated or excluded, any chargeable work will be explained and priced before it begins.

Please contact us before arranging a third-party repair of the affected part, as unauthorised work can make it harder to assess the original repair. If the device has new physical or liquid damage, tell the team when you make the enquiry so the condition can be recorded accurately.
