Repairs

Repair prices, parts and expected turnaround are agreed according to the device, fault and selected repair option. Where different part grades are available, these are explained before work begins. Qualifying repairs are covered by our current 12-month repair warranty for the repaired technical fault, subject to exclusions including new physical damage, accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse and unrelated faults.

Products

Product purchases are subject to the applicable product description, condition information, warranty terms and statutory consumer rights. Nothing in our website terms is intended to remove rights that customers have under applicable UK consumer law.

Brands and compatible accessories

Tech Revive is an independent retailer and repair business. Where a manufacturer or device name is used on a third-party accessory listing, it is used only to identify compatibility unless the product description clearly states that the item is manufactured by that brand. Third-party compatible accessories are not represented as authorised, endorsed or manufactured by the device brand unless specifically stated and supported by the product being supplied.

We aim to keep prices, availability, opening hours and service information accurate. Stock levels, repair-part availability and turnaround times can change, so customers should confirm time-sensitive information before travelling or booking where necessary.
