This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Specifically, the warranty covers:
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by external damage.
- Battery issues due to manufacturing defects.
- Screen malfunctions (e.g., dead pixels, touch response failure not caused by accidental damage).
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage (such as drops, liquid spills, cracks, or physical damage).
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage).
Software issues, including but not limited to operating system updates, virus infections, or software malfunctions.
Battery performance degradation due to normal use.
Accessories or other items included in the packaging (e.g., chargers, earphones).
To file a claim under this warranty, please provide:
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
The original device in question.
The company will, at its discretion, either:
Repair the device with new or refurbished parts, or
Replace the device with a comparable model.
The warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the device. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of data, business, or profits. The company’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the device.

Repair Warranty
This repair warranty applies to any phone or laptop repaired by TECH REVIVE and covers the parts replaced and services performed during the repair. The warranty is valid for a period of 90 days (or as specified) from the date the repair was completed.
This warranty covers:
Defects in parts replaced during the repair, including screens, batteries, internal components, or any other hardware.
Performance issues directly related to the repaired components
New damages that occur after the repair due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized tampering.
Issues unrelated to the original repair (e.g., new problems or malfunctions in other parts of the device).
Software-related problems, such as operating system malfunctions, virus infections, or software incompatibility.
Water damage or damage from exposure to extreme environmental conditions unless explicitly repaired and noted during the service.
Warranty Claims Process
If you experience an issue related to the repair during the warranty period:
Contact us immediately through our customer service (details below).
Provide proof of repair, including the receipt or service order number.
The device must be returned to us for inspection.
Upon confirmation that the issue is covered by this warranty, TECH REVIVE will:
Repair or replace the faulty part at no additional cost, or
Redo any labor that was performed incorrectly during the initial repair.
