Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed company sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to highlight features and benefits.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the sale.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex product features in a simple manner.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and customer demands.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Mobile Phone and computer is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
